After working in the disability and community services sector for over a decade, Raine Care Founder and Director Lorraine had a vision to create a better way to provide care to people of all abilities, backgrounds, preferences and lifestyles. It was important to her not only to provide support services that are respectful and offered dignity to participants, but to create a working environment for staff that was safe and inclusive.

Raine Care Services combines all these qualities, building on Lorraine's qualifications in Health, Ageing and Community Services. Lorraine has experience having worked in Disability Services and Community services sector where she managed the area of compliance in highly-regulated government contracts. Lorraine strongly believes that every individual should have a life they choose. Raine Care Services takes compliance seriously to meet NDIS quality and safeguards, to ensure safety of participants and quality services. Raine Care has policies and procedures in place to ensure quality care and identify areas of improvement.
